Ambuyat tastes better when you share it, and we definitely did.
There is no fast way to eat ambuyat, and that is the best part. You twirl it with the candas, dip into the sauces, and talk between bites. We kept laughing at who was the messiest, and somehow the plates kept getting refilled. It is simple, social, and very Brunei.
